PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE III

Provides clinical health care services at the Springfield District Office of the Fairfax County Health Department. Responsibilities: Provides a variety of community health services to diverse populations using a multidisciplinary approach to outreach case finding, health promotion, education case management and disease prevention. Requirements: Knowledge of public health principles, practices of epidemiology, growth and development and possession of a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
