AW Home Care, Inc. is a licensed home care agency serving clients in the Metro Denver area.  We are constantly striving to listen to our clients, adapt to their needs and be a leaer in the home care industry.  We encourage clients and their families to actively participate in the home care process.  

Home care services include, but are not limited to, light housekeeping, meal preparation, help with personal care, help with shopping, transportation to medical appointments, companionship, protective oversight, medication reminders, and mildly ill child care.  

Responsibilities include:
*Provide personal care and/or homemaking services to clients under the direction of the supervisor and in accordance with the established plan of care.
*Complete and submit accurate documentation of visits, report changes in client conditions, abides by OSHA and agency rules.
*Participate in agency inservice, after-hour, weekend, and on-call duties as requested.

Requirements include:
*Able to participate in the entire orientation process & pass skills tests successfully
*Able to follow personal care and/or homemaking plans of care
*Able to travel to client homes in all weather conditions
*Able to manage time efficiently
*Able to write or type legibly progress notes, read, and be able to follow instructions
*Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships and deal the the demands of the position
*Able to list up to 25 lbs
*Able to hear and observe client during treatment, as well as voice instructions clearly
*Able to work in environments that may be unpredicdictable
*Able to walk or navigate
